Dr. William K. Shin, DDS
William K. Shin, DDS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who treats children and adults for various conditions involving the mouth, jaws and face.
Born in Huntsville, Alabama and raised in Southern California, Dr. Shin is proud to have lived in many parts of the nation. He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at the University of California, Berkeley and his Master of Science (M.S.) degree at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. After living in the West Coast he moved to the Midwest to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at the #1 ranked dental school, the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After completing his dental degree, he pursued further training at New York Medical College and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. As chief resident, he trained extensively in maxillofacial trauma, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, anesthesia, pathology, reconstructive surgery and orthognathic surgery. In addition to multiple journal publications in the field of dentistry and biochemistry, he presented at several national research conferences in the field of dentistry and experimental biology. Dr. Shin is a strong supporter of continuing dental education and attends numerous continuing dental and medical education course per year to keep current on the latest advancements in pathology, anesthesia, dental implants and dentoalveolar surgery. Careful attention to patient concerns and answering all questions thoroughly is and remains his standard of approach to patient care.
Outside of patient care, Dr. Shin loves cooking, fitness and most of all, spending time with his wife and 2 children. Dr. Shin is interested in getting to know his community and looking forward to learning more about you.

Dr. Vy Do, DMD
Dr. Vy Do was born in Saigon, Vietnam and moved to the states when he was 4. After finishing high school as the class valedictorian, he attended the University of Georgia on a full academic scholarship. During his tenure at UGA, he was active in many organizations, including the American Chemical Society, Vietnamese Student Association, and the UGA Symphony Orchestra. As part of the UGA Honors program, he spent a summer in Italy studying genetics and art history. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors and was also inducted in the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. He maintains ties with UGA by serving as a mentor through the UGA Mentor Program.
Afterwards, Dr. Do attended the Medical College of Georgia to obtain his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. In his spare time, he was a volunteer violin instructor at the Jessye Norman School of the Arts and a liaison for the International Student Exchange Program. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the Alpha Upsilon Phi Honors Society.
Dr. Do immediately went into private practice and maintains a very busy schedule, seeing patients across greater Atlanta. He takes continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with modern advances in dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Do enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and traveling and is also an avid distance runner.
Dr. Mong Thu Nguyen, DMD
Dr. Thu, earned her Bachelor of Science from the Georgia State University with honors in 2006. She continued her dental education at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and graduated with Cum Laude in 2010. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association. She is proud to serve Morrow community since 2013.
When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys her role of being devoted mother of three beautiful children. She actively engages in serving church and local community.
She enjoys cooking, fitness and traveling.
